IDENTIFICATION OF QUALIFIED CANDIDATES
PRESCREENING
Physician Finders prescreens all candidates to ensure an ideal fit with a client organization. Phone interviews and onsite observation of physicians currently in practice are utilized. Physician Finders has worked with prospective surgical candidates so that they may be evaluated during actual surgical procedures and observed for mannerisms, professionalism and team-building skills with operating room teams. Physician reputation and compatible work ethic/personality as well as salary/benefit requirements and quality of life issues all are evaluated in line with a client’s needs and expectations.
ONGOING COMMUNICATIONS
Once appropriate candidates are prescreened and practice opportunity parameters discussed, Physician Finders links the client and candidate, first via phone and then for an onsite visit. Follow-up services include debriefing of both the candidate and client on status of conversations and consultation on next steps in the recruitment effort. Physician Finders thoroughly briefs candidates and client practices on expectations and desires on both sides.
