Greater Washington DC- Dermatology

Semler Dermatology and Dr. Doug Semler are searching for another practitioner to join their team located in the DC Suburbs.

Dr. Semler is in his 18th year of practice in Leesburg, VA.  The team is expanding to McLean, VA and is searching for a general medical Dermatologist who is interested in providing those services along with cosmetic services to the patients in this suburb of DC.  This area has experienced a tremendous growth in both population and patients interested in seeking cosmetic services.  The current practice is experiencing very long wait times in general Dermatology services without any marketing efforts on behalf of the practice.  Dr. Semler has built a concrete reputation for quality care and the three mid-levels in the practice share that dedication to quality patient satisfaction.

The new location is ready to be built in cooperation with the desires of the incoming Dermatologist.  The team will work with the new Dermatologist in terms of staffing, layout, and equipment selected for the practice.  The practice will provide support to help build patient volume by funding a comprehensive marketing campaign.  We are seeking a motivated practitioner who will work within the team setting to build a robust practice in this community.

The practitioner will receive financial support for a starting salary along with an incentive-based compensation schedule.  The work schedule is flexible and can be tailored to the need of the incoming Dermatologist. The successful candidate will be tendered a very competitive salary and benefit package leading to an equity position.

For additional information about this very unique opportunity, please contact our recruiter, Mr. Gene Corbett.  Mr. Corbett may be contacted directly at 636-288-4003 or by email at Gene.Corbett@PhysicianFinders.com
